Believe me,
some people have realized during the commercials on TV, Internet and especially
on social media campaigns on the new LATAM brand being built!
The
photographer Wood AeroImages recorded pictures of the first plane that receive
the visual identity of LATAM, the aircraft is in the painting process at the
Boeing plant in Everett, Washington State, USA.
The 787-9
Dreamliner (C/N 38474), initially ordered by LAN, arrived in the evening of
Wednesday (30) to the Boeing paint hangar.
For a good
observer, you can already see the first signs of LATAM colors rudder and
vertical stabilizer, although still partially covered to keep the secret.
This is the
first Boeing with the visual identity of LATAM, which connects LAN and TAM. The
plane, which receive the Chilean registration, CC-BGK, and will be the 21st Boeing 787 Dreamliner incorporated into LAN's fleet. The forecast is that the
Dreamliner will leave the hangar in the coming days already with the full
painting.
In the
Airbus, the first aircraft manufacturer to adopt LATAM brand will be the Airbus
A350-900 XWB that will get the registration PR-XTD, this will be the fourth
aircraft of the Group to be received by the European manufacturer. The
expectation is that by 2018 all of the more than 300 business aircraft receive
the colors of LATAM.
